Luke Kron DPT, OCS
Luke Kron, one of the only Board Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapy Specialists in South Lake County, Florida, achieved his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2009 from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
He did his undergraduate work achieving a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Illinois before pursuing his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Florida in 2002. He then worked in a variety of settings and focused on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and founded Four Corners Health and Rehabilitation in 2005.
In 2007 he earned his board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. He also specializes in geriatrics.
Luke entered the field of physical therapy as a way to help people reach their full potential. He had personally experienced many injuries throughout the years and had a personal respect for the way physical therapists helped him get back to his normal level of activity.
He lives in Clermont with his wife, Emily, and their two children. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family as well as gardening, boating, and travelling.
Jeremiah Bradford PT, DPT
Jeremiah Bradford received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Mary, having earlier received his Bachelor of Science degree with an Exercise Science Major at Western Michigan University.
Committed to continuing education, he is currently working to become a Geriatric Certified Specialist.
He joined Four Corners Health and Rehabilitation in 2016 and in addition to his qualifications already cited, he is a specialist in wound care.
Jeremiah was drawn to his profession as a physical therapist because of his love for the human body and how it performs.
“I wanted to practice as a physical therapist in order to help people achieve their goals of becoming pain free, rehabbing from an injury or improving their performance and safety for themselves or loved ones,” he explains.
Jeremiah has a keen thirst for knowledge in the ever-evolving world of the medical field and likes to provide education to his patients and their families on ways that they can live a healthier and more fulfilling life.
When he is not working, he enjoys walking his dog, fishing, hunting and volunteering at the local animal shelter.
Darla Ward PT
Darla Ward, physical therapist, is dedicated to providing high quality, individualized physical therapy to her patients. The care she has for you and your health is a distinguishing feature of her work, as is her considerable expertise, especially in her specialized fields of orthopedic and sports physical therapy.
She is a 1991 graduate in physical therapy from Daemen College in Amherst, New York and spent the past 25-plus years perfecting her skills in physical therapy.
Cindy Zentmeyer PT, SCS, CSCS
Cindy Zentmeyer is a graduate of the University of Florida and received her degree in Physical Therapy in 1982.
In 2010, she earned her board certification in Sports Physical Therapy (SCS), becoming one of a handful of board certified specialists in Central Florida. This certification qualifies Cindy to provide advanced physical therapy care with all levels of sports from high school through professional levels both on the field as well as in the clinic setting.
Cindy has assisted high level world-class and world champion athletes in the sports of wakeskating, wakeboarding, Russian swing and high diving, PBA bowling, Cirque du Soleil, hi school swimming programs, coaching, and is currently a Lake County Association Competitive Rower in an eight-person Sweep.
She embraces the philosophy that there is an athlete in each of us whether we are young, a baby boomer, or in the more mature and wiser age group. Whether you are seeking to return to your favorite sport or recreational activity after injury or are return to competition, Cindy will utilize her skills to assist you in achieving your goals.
In addition, Cindy is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has many years of physical therapy experience which also includes brain injury and neurological conditions, manual therapy for neck, back and joint pain, and orthopedic/post-surgical rehabilitation.
Cindy has been a resident of Clermont since 1985 and is dedicated to improving and restoring health and wellness to the residents of Lake County.

John Dumas PTA
John Dumas, physical therapist assistant, received his Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from Furman University and his Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Polk Community College.
He is currently working on continuing education with Parkinson Disease and Tai Chi instructor certification. He has several years of expertise in Tai Chi.
He gathered experience working with skilled nursing and contracting with home health companies before joining our team in 2015.
He was drawn to his career early. In college he was a student athletic trainer and after graduating, he obtained certifications in personal training from ACE and from NCASA.
“Occasionally I had people who wanted personal training but had complex health histories,” he explained. “I wanted to be able to understand their conditions and to be able to help them. The best way was to go back to school for a Physical Therapist Assistant degree. I now enjoy helping people through a variety of physical therapy techniques.
When he is not working, he enjoys reading, being at the lake, kayaking, having wine, playing computer games and biking.
Lori Georganna PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant Lori Georganna started her studies by achieving her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Ithaca College. She then achieved her Master of Science in Business Administration at Pennsylvania State and her Associate Degree of Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Herzing Univeristy.
She gained experience working in outpatient and rehabilitation clinics before joining our team in 2016.
She describes her specialty as “humor,” which her patients greatly appreciate.
She was drawn to her career after receiving several rounds of physical therapy from prior sports injuries. Having spent many years in corporate America, she wanted a new role where she could feel like she was really making a difference in people’s lives.
When she is not working, she enjoys reading, learning new skills, travelling, staying active and playing games on her iPad.
Ted Langdon BA, PTA
Theodore Bradberry Langdon, a licensed physical therapist assistant, has an Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Fayetteville Technical Community College, Fayetteville, NC which he received in 1992.
He also has a Bachelor of Arts degree including Masters’ Level Coursework in Physical Education, Exercise and Sport Science with concentration in physical therapy, sports medicine, nutrition and athletic training from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, NC.
He has an Exercise and Fitness Fellowship from Duke University’s Preventive Approach to Cardiology, Duke Center for Living, Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC.
He joined our team in May 2013 and in addition to the experience mentioned, he also brought a background in skilled nursing, hospital and burn center, rehabilitation, wound care, outpatient, home health, sports medicine, business management/development and health and wellness.
Helping others has long been a part of his personality, as evidence by his achievements as an Eagle Scout with Boy Scouts of America.
When he is not working, he enjoys being a musician and continuing education in physical therapy, Biblical doctrine, health and wellness and nutrition.
Patricia Kay Reed PTA
Patricia Kay Reed, physical therapist assistant, received her Associate of Science Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from Vincennes University, Vincennes, IN in 1977.
With more than 20 years of experience in home health in Ohio and Florida, she spent 11 years as well in Flower Hospital Toledo and eight years in rehabilitation work. She joined our team in September, 2016, bringing with her specialization in geriatrics and memory care.
Ben Beasley PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant Ben Beasley completed his Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Taylor College.
Prior to joining our team in 2012, he received training as a physical therapist assistant and gained experience as a personal trainer.
His journey towards his current career goal began when he was a personal trainer.
“I was able to help those who wanted change in themselves physically. After digging deeper, I found myself wanting to help those who needed change to return to or maintain normal daily function,” he explained.
Although working with patients takes up the bulk of his time, if he as a break he thoroughly enjoys fishing, playing soccer and being outdoors, regardless of the Florida humidity. He loves to spend time with his family and friends who keep him rooted in love and laughter.
Melissa Hipskind Occupational Therapist
Occupational therapist Melissa Hipskind joined our team in 2016 after working for seven years in long term care.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI and is NBCOT certified. Her specialty includes BCAT.
Melissa was inspire to become an occupational therapist after her grandfather was injured when she was in high school and receive intensive therapy. She observed the therapy and saw how it helped him recover. She was also exposed to the field through her mother, a special education teacher, where Melissa observe her students receiving frequent therapy sessions.
When she is not working, she is very involved in her church by serving in the capacity of Sunday school teacher, teen leader and ladies auxiliary teacher.
She also enjoys crafts, cooking and spending time with her family.
Christopher Baijnath Front Desk Coordinator
Christopher Baijnath, front desk coordinator, is also attending Keiser University when he is not at the clinic.
He joined the team in May of 2017.
When he is not working or studying, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. His hobbies include DJ’ing and donating items to his church and the homeless community.
Kelli-Ann Wallace Billing Coordinator
The billing aspects of work at Four Corners Health and Rehabilitation is handled by Kelli-Ann Wallace, who joined the company in August of 2010 with a Bachelor of Administration (Business) degree.
Fueled by her passion about the health industry and watching patients gain strength through rehabilitation, she keeps everything running smoothly, checks in on patients, keeps our Facebook site up to date, and (most importantly to our patients) keeps the candy stocked!
She became familiar with our work when she first entered our doors as an on-the-job training student in high school.
When she is not working, she loves going to the beach, attending concerts, and gardening. She also does volunteer work at local schools.
Hilary Beasley Marketing Director / Patient Care Manager
Originally from Tampa, FL, Hilary is a University of Central Florida graduate with a BA in Advertising/Public Relations.
Prior to joining our team in 2012 to expand our marketing efforts, she worked as a public relations practitioner.
Hilary says she went into the communications world because she finds it rewarding to meet new people and make connections on a personal level. Whether it is helping a client in need or a community member with an event, as long as she can add positivity and educate those around her, she calls it a great day.
Her passion is spreading the word about companies that constantly make a positive difference in people’s lives.
When she is not working, Hilary spends time visiting with family and friends. She and her husband love to travel to historic districts like St. Augustine or Savannah. They enjoy finding new places to eat a good meal. She is also learning her way around the Clermont lakes as she takes on fishing as her newest hobby.
